Make an Everyday Dream Come True

In recent weeks, the people PFF serves have been making the most of the beautiful weather – talking walks to enjoy the fall colors, going to the park, having their meals outdoors and going to the Farmer’s Market. The staff at their residences have been doing their best to get the folks out and active while taking measures to protect them from exposure to the COVID-19 virus. 

As the weather grows colder, the opportunities for these adults to be out in the world while maintaining their safety has become much more difficult. Finding engaging activities for them to do at home will be a top priority. All 62 of the people PFF serves in the Willmar area will face the same long stretch of winter with little opportunity to gather with friends or go to work.

There is a way you can help. Your donation can make it possible to give these people the materials for portable activity centers to be set up and established within their living spaces. The supplies will be customized for the interests and abilities of the adults served by PFF.

$25 – will buy a tote of art supplies

$50 – will purchase a cart full of crafting materials

$100 – will outfit a game and puzzle crate

$250 – will install a foldable craft/game table and the activities/supplies to go with it

These supplies and spaces will bring much needed activity and joy to the residents of PFF homes. With your support, we will help the vulnerable adults we serve to fill the coming winter days with fun, purpose and meaning. We appreciate any help you can give.
