A pandemic doesn't stop the aging process, it only limits the tools available.

$3,000 goal

2020 has been a challenging year for many, including the Dorothy Molter Museum. Like many other museums, we took drastic measures to reduce our expense budget in order to off-set the resulting loss in revenue due to the pandemic-related safety restrictions that have affected our ability to welcome visitors.

As a result, several maintenance projects were put on hold this year including replacement of aging entrance decks, new flooring within our admissions area and repair of our public restroom.

This Give to the Max Day we are focusing our fundraising effort on raising a minimum of $3,000 to address the most pressing safety elements of these projects before spring of 2021 such as replacing individual deck boards, installing new flooring to remove tripping hazards, and fixing a leaky pipe that could lead to in-wall water damage.

Would you consider helping us with a donation of $25, $50 or $100?

The Dorothy Molter Museum has investigated and applied for various grant and loan programs geared toward assisting small businesses/organizations financially during the pandemic. However, there is a great need for funding in all business sectors and, understandably, not all businesses/organizations receive what is requested.
