COVID-19 Emergency Financial Assistance

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a financial crisis for many Centro Tyrone Guzman families, and many of our families are facing the risk of eviction. The recent unrest in Minneapolis has made the needs even more urgent.

Families are struggling with a variety of unique circumstances - from COVID-19 hospitalization, to deportation of the household’s primary breadwinner, to neighborhoods destroyed by recent riots. Families are being forced to choose between paying rent or buying basic necessities, such as food and diapers. 

Preventing eviction will be much easier and economical than dealing with its cascade of expensive, negative effects. Together we can help prevent a short-term crisis from becoming a long-term catastrophe for these families.
