Safety and security for residents is something we are always focused on. The current pandemic presents new challenges for CommonBond Communities, and new opportunities to support local community members.

Because of the generosity of donors in the early days of the pandemic, we have been able to keep our residents stable, safe and secure immediately. This has meant more public health-oriented cleaning, remote service provision with enhanced technology, and more tailored assistance with benefits like unemployment and food delivery. This includes providing critical support to elders in isolation, and essential workers and their families.

Please come together with us to help our neighbors. You are part of our community—a community that is built on a foundation of healthy and thriving people in stable homes. You may be hearing this a lot, but we say it with all sincerity: our work is more important than ever, and we need your help.

On May 19, CommonBond is hosting a Day of Giving to raise the above-and-beyond funds we need to continue adapting to new realities, as well as plan for the longer-term impacts of the pandemic.

Critical work is happening right now, and we need extra help to continue in the weeks and months ahead. Recovery won’t just take weeks, but months. The investments you make in our work now will positively change the trajectory of our work forever.

Between now and our Day of Giving on May 19, all gifts will be matched dollar-for-dollar. Double your impact—donate today!
