At CommonBond, we often talk about the power of home.
Home is a place of rest, comfort, and stability.
Home is the foundation to grow and thrive.
But unfortunately, so many of our neighbors are struggling to find a home they can afford.
Nearly 2/3 of families living at a CommonBond community experienced housing instability before moving in. They may have lived with family or friends, stayed in an emergency shelter, or been evicted.
That's why our model is so important. Not only do residents have a home, but they have the tools to stay there.
Through our Advantage Services programs, residents can succeed in school, advance in their career, lead in their community, and achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
Whether staff are helping a senior resident access transportation that allows them to get to their doctor appointments, providing youth with homework help and college and career preparation resources, or connecting families with food pantries to ease food insecurity, there are so many ways we partner with residents to support them on their journey.
You can help residents access life-enhancing resources that will help them flourish.
