Claws for a Cause - Helping Neighbors in a Pinch

The Red River has proven to the world time and time again what good neighbors we are to one another in the Fargo Moorhead area. We value home and therefore work together to protect our individual properties as well as those of homeowners we don’t know. We work with one common purpose, to protect our community as a whole. The humility of those who offer their help and the gratitude of the recipients of goodwill are both heartwarming and inspiring attributes we can be proud of and nurture.

There is now a local non-profit organization that exists to help the most vulnerable local homeowners who face threats to their living environments year round, not just during flood season. Rebuilding Together Fargo-Moorhead Area opened its doors as the local affiliate in January 2011. With a mission to repair the homes of low income, elderly, people with disabilities and veterans, we improve the lives of families in need, one project at a time.
