As my 40th birthday approaches on December 14th, I find myself reflecting on the meaningful experiences that have shaped my life. One such transformative experience was attending a retreat in Atlanta, Georgia, for survivors of sexual assault. This retreat had a profound impact on me, and I am now teaming up with my colleagues and village to enable 40 survivors to attend healing retreats.
