Dental To The Max 2023

As we do every year, Witchtree Training Center's focus for the Give To The Max campaign is our commitment to dental care for our residents.   Many of the horses in our program require care that exceeds the capacity of the average horse owner.   We are fortunate to have access to top-quality dental care and a provider who offers opportunities for student externs to learn while giving care to our residents, as seen in the photo accompanying this fundraiser.   

Our lesson program covers the majority of our operational costs while our ability to provide specialized care comes from fundraising and participating in "giving holidays" like Give To The Max.

Witchtree Training Center set its 2023 Give To The Max goal with consideration for last year's dental expenses, which were just over $2,000.  No one can predict when additional needs will arise but we know that the odds are more likely with the majority of our residents being 20 years old and older.  Being proactive and maintaining a realistic budget are keys to providing top quality care as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
