The UpDown Funk Dance Troupe is a group of dancers with special needs and unique abilities including Down syndrome and other related intellectual disabilities.
Entertaining audiences since its inception in 2018, UpDown Funk dancers are highly dedicated and through their participation in this dance troupe, have connected to a new sense of purpose in their lives.
Their performances always wow the audience, but more importantly: they create an emotional connection that delivers a message of inclusion.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have expanded this dance troupe to introduce UpDown Funk Jr., for younger dancers.
Supporting UpDown Funk means broadening opportunities to serve more dancers of all abilities.
