Give to the Max Day is Nov 16th!

I have been a board member of Family Tree Clinic (“FTC”) since 2020 and I am so proud of the work that we do!  This year we (Paul and Eric) are providing a $2500 match. Be one of the first to donate and know that your money is doubled!

People who come to FTC are often afraid: STD symptoms. Needing reproductive planning and general healthcare without health insurance. Trans and treated horribly by the hometown healthcare provider. FTC is built around acceptance and calm reassurance.

I believe good health is grounded in education and knowledge. To know what is right for YOU, not just what your peers or society tells you, and the confidence in your education to make the sometimes tough decisions. FTC provides that education: our health education programming helps participants feel comfortable with their bodies, confident in their knowledge, and powerful in their decision-making abilities. We reach thousands of people a year in this program, which is delivered in public schools, Hennepin and Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Centers, community settings, and more.

For those needing a quick hit of information, FTC runs the statewide sexual health hotline, sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Health. Highly trained hotline specialists respond to texts, chats and phone calls providing sexual health information, clinic referrals and resources to people across Minnesota.

FTC provides a wide variety of services (see below). We are in a climate of attacks on reproductive health. Members of the LBGTQIA+ and BIPOC communities are often mistreated by traditional healthcare systems. Financial insecurities and understaffed clinics are rampant. We are living in a state that hopes to become a beacon for those who are underserved and persecuted, but we can’t do it without your support!

Please reach out with any questions or if you’d like a tour of the beautiful clinic building, built thanks to generous donors like you in our previous capitol campaign.
