Healing Hearts & Hooves is a nonprofit Horse Rescue and Sanctuary in Webster, MN. We take in owner surrenders and save horses from the slaughter pipeline. We have saved over 75 horses and donkeys since 2020. While most of the animals we take in will live out their days in our sanctuary, we will take in horses every now and then as well to be adopted out into loving homes. We are currently on an intake hold, while we focus on our special needs horses, but we have recently partnered with Make a Wish to grant special kids with their special wishes pertaining to horses. We also are working on getting some of our equines trained as therapy horses so we can visit hospitals and have taken some of them to Senior Living Homes as well. Our main goal is to show people who suffer from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Etc., how much horses can help with mental health for people of all ages. Your funds will never pay any of us a salary, as we are all volunteers. The list below explains what each of our 30 Sanctuary horses cost on a monthly basis..

Hay: $80/Horse/ Month

Grain: $60/ Horse/ Month

Dewormer: $15/ Horse/ Every 60 days

Supplements: $50/Horse/ Month

Vaccines: $150/Horse/Year

Teeth Float: $200/Horse/ 2 Years

Farrier: $60-150/ Horse/ 8 weeks
