Invest in the future-ACT today

When will we learn?  We’re a society that quickly finds $ to lock things down and keep people out, yet we invest  very little in addressing root causes of the challenges faced, so the gender and racial disparities continue on all fronts. BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or women-led organizations still continue to face systemic barriers, additional  stressors, and lack of financial investments to successfully implement changes needed to end these longstanding inequities that ultimately harm everyone.  I don’t want my children or anyone else to face these disparities.  How about you?  Do you want to help change these conditions for the better?  Do you want to help spread what’s working well and change things that continue to perpetuate harm?  If your answer is yes, please contribute to this campaign and spread the word.  If your answer is no, sign up for WoMN ACT newsletters to learn more and get involved.  If after all of this, you’re still not convinced that changes are needed, kindly stay out of the way.  We got this.  
Americans have long been trained to see the deficiencies of people rather than policy. It's a pretty easy mistake to make: People are in our faces. Policies are distant. We are particularly poor at seeing the policies lurking behind the struggles of people.
