This year has been a year of instability with a lot of shaking. For those in the midst of recovery and inner healing, all this isolation has been particularly rough. Yet in the midst of everything, we know the One who is faithful through it all.
The Prayer Room at TCJHOP is a place where everyone (and especially those feeling broken and overwhelmed) can come and just be in the presence of God. As I am restarting this part of our ministry in once-a-month "Encounter" worship nights I want to invite you to help partner with me in this work. Some of you already support me monthly, but others maybe haven't had an opportunity to join me in this ministry.
We are wanting to start with these small gatherings to build a sense of community while also remaining safe and following health guidelines in the midst of this pandemic. Because of that, our costs are thankfully low.
I'm just looking to raise $100 to help buy supplies such as masks, disinfectant, gloves, pens & sign-in forms (for contact tracing), and water so that the worship leaders and all guests have a safe and wonderful time worshiping together.
We have gone too long without this space. Many of the participants at TCJHOP struggle with addictions and habits that are exacerbated by isolation. Creating this space for worship, even small and once a month, can be a God-send for many.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
