At Thumbs Up, we have a program that is built to aid individuals who need assistance paying for mental health counseling. Although we are not counselors ourselves, we have partnered with counseling professionals to help. Through our Referral Assistance Program, we can help you pay for five counseling sessions through our trusted partners. Our program is funded by members of the community who believe in supporting mental health care for all.

Since January 1, 2024, we have spent over $22,000 on therapy sessions for those who are unable to afford counseling. This is a vital program, and we want to continue offering it to those who need it. Please consider a donation, share it with a friend, share it with your employer, or share it on social media. Every dollar counts.

$100 = 1 therapy session

$200 = 2 therapy sessions

$300 = 3 therapy sessions

$400 = 4 therapy sessions

$500 = 5 therapy sessions
