Morrison County United Way (MCUW) has been serving Morrison County since 1968. We are a local organization focusing especially in the areas of:
- Income
- Education
- Health
The Imagination Library is an integral part of MCUW, advancing the organization’s mission to increase literacy, education, and familial and social development.
MCUW has been the fiscal sponsor for the Imagination Library program for 21 years, graduating 4,768 children from the program and currently with 1,071 children enrolled (that's over half the children in that demographic for our County).
In 2017 MCUW started the Tools for School program seeing a need for assistance for local students. We now work with 8 Morrison County Schools (4 within the Little Falls School District, Royalton, Swanville and Pierz) to put supplies into the community. We currently work with the school social workers to determine the greatest need. These supplies consist of regular back to school supplies to mittens, hats and other items as requested by the schools and approved by our 13 local board members.
Our funds are raised locally via fundraisers, grants and our yearly campaign. We have been located in Little Falls since 1968 and pride ourselves on being a local non-profit.
Making your donation by check? Make checks payable to Morrison County United Way, and mail to Morrison County United Way, 116 8th Ave SE, Ste 158, Little Falls, MN 56345.
