The Link provides housing and critical support services to youth experiencing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and involvement in the juvenile justice system. Each year, we serve around 2,000 youth and young families through our 3 divisions: Housing and Homeless Services, Safe Harbor, and Youth Advocacy.
I am proud to work as a Youth Specialist within the Youth Advocacy division. Our Youth Advocacy team operates six programs that provide positive alternatives to detention for youth in Hennepin County. We offer intensive case management to youth with justice system involvement, support young people in reengaging with school, and equip parents with the tools they need to support their children.
