Support Young Families

I am a Housing Case Manager for the Young Families program at The Link.  I support  pregnant and parenting youth who have experienced homelessness  in achieving their goals and maintaining their housing.  Our goal is to end the cycle of poverty and homelessness.  The young people I get to work with every day amaze me with with their resiliency and determination.  Please consider donating to The Link and supporting the youth we serve.
