MRCI’s Mental Health Employment Program is dedicated to helping individuals with mental health challenges find and maintain meaningful employment. Our team of four employment specialists provides personalized, in-person support—ranging from job coaching and interview preparation to on-the-job follow-up and advocacy.

To deliver these vital services, our staff must travel regularly to meet clients where they are—at home, in the community, or at their workplaces. Reliable transportation is essential to ensure consistent, timely, and flexible support for each individual’s employment journey.

We are seeking funding to support transportation costs for our employment team. This includes mileage reimbursement, vehicle maintenance, and fuel expenses. With this support, our staff can continue to bridge the gap between unemployment and independence, helping clients build confidence, stability, and purpose through work.
