MRCI has a Bright Future

MRCI began as Mankato Rehabilitation Center, Inc. in 1953 as a physical therapy organization operated by volunteers in response to the aftermath of the polio epidemic and war. And while locations and programs have changed over the last seven decades, our mission has not. We strive to provide innovative and genuine opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages to participate at home, at work and in the community.  A mission which today, more than 70 years later, encompasses community day and employment services as well as fiscal support services so clients can stay in the their homes and choose their own caregivers.
