Meet Haley

When Haley came to MRCI's Track to Success program in 2016, she was looking for opportunity. She found much more.

Through training, encouragement, and hands-on work experience, Haley earned a position at Fareway. Today, more than ten years later, she remains a valued employee and familiar face in her community. But Haley's goal wasn't simply to have a job. She wanted to live independently.

With determination, support, and growing confidence, Haley took on a second job and worked toward that dream. In 2021, she moved into her own apartment.

Today, Haley works two jobs, participates in community activities, supports her nephews at their sporting events, and lives a life filled with purpose and connection.

Most importantly, Haley belongs.

Her story is one example of what happens when opportunity meets support.
