What would Saint Paul lose if WFNU went silent?

WFNU Frogtown Community Radio is fighting to stay on the air, and we urgently need your help. After 10 years of amplifying Saint Paul's local voices, music, and stories, our station is facing a serious financial crisis. Without immediate community support, we risk losing something that can't easily be replaced: an independent radio station where neighbors tell their own stories, local artists get heard, and voices too often overlooked have a place to belong. We're asking our community to help raise $10,000 to keep WFNU broadcasting. We can't do it without you.

No local DJs sharing music you won't hear anywhere else. No neighbors telling their stories. No conversations about the issues affecting our community. No platform for voices too often overlooked.

That's a future we're fighting to prevent.

Ten years ago, WFNU started with two microphones and a dream: to give the people of Frogtown, Rondo, Midway, and Saint Paul a voice. Today, more than 85 volunteers keep that dream alive, broadcasting local music, independent news, and community stories 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

But now, WFNU is facing a serious financial crisis, and our future is uncertain.

Our volunteers give their time and talents, but we still have bills to pay: rent, electricity, insurance, music licensing, internet, and editing software. Without increased support, we risk going off the air.

We don't have a big corporation funding us. 

We have our community. We have you.
