Inside our 10-week CHILL Tech Program, students get real, hands-on training that builds confidence, skills, and pathways into the tech industry. This is what opportunity looks like—young people learning, building, and preparing for futures that include IT, cybersecurity, software development, and emerging AI tools.
As we step into a new season of growth and opportunity, we’re proud to launch this year’s GiveMN Campaign in support of the CHILL Tech Program—a powerful 10-week experience designed to open doors for young people who are often underrepresented in the technology landscape.
CHILL Tech is more than instruction. It’s a launchpad. Over the course of ten weeks, students receive hands-on training in IT, cybersecurity, software development, and essential workplace skills. They learn to build and troubleshoot computers, practice customer service fundamentals, and work toward industry-aligned certifications. Each student completes the program with their own laptop and a $500 stipend—practical tools that remove barriers and create real momentum.
This year, we are expanding their learning with introductory exposure to AI and emerging technologies. It is a thoughtful addition, meant to ensure our students stay future-ready as the tech world continues to evolve.
