A series of devastating earthquakes have hit southern Turkey and northwest Syria killing at least 46,000 people and injuring many more.
People have been left without shelter in freezing winter conditions. Access to clean water will likely be a challenge, bringing the risk of cholera and other diseases.
To help meet the urgent needs on the ground, Direct Relief is deploying medical supplies from its facilities in the U.S. and Europe for Turkey and Syria. More than 109 tons of medical aid has been staged or is being shipped for Turkey and Syria since the earthquake began. 2020 Behavior will be taking part in the Mud Run in Livermore, CA, on July 8th, 2023. Come join us, wear our custom fundraising t-shirts, AND donate to watch us boil in the summer heat and get encrusted with mud as we grumble our way through 5k of muddy obstacles. More information to come!
