As colder weather descends on us, we retreat more and more to the warmth, comfort, and safety of our home. Our home is the physical center of our lives - memories and milestones all shared within the walls of the place we return to each day. But the immense privilege of our home is something we take for granted. 

There are far too many of our neighbors without a place to call home. And for us, an even worse reality is that 6,000 youth ages 16-24 experience homelessness every day in Minnesota alone. 6,000 young people who should be focused on school, hanging out with their friends, and dreaming of their futures, are instead worried about where they will spend the next cold, winter night. This is not the world we want our children to grow up in. Which is why we support Wildflyer Coffee.

Please join us in supporting Wildflyer Coffee, a nonprofit that provides employment and life skills help to youth experiencing homelessness in the Twin Cities. Youth report the most significant barrier they face when coming out of homelessness is a lack of stable employment. Wildflyer offers employment training and other resources—like housing referrals, mental health support, and education coaching—to help them meet their basic needs and help them live a stable and fulfilling life. 

We will personally match your donation, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000, to help make sure that Wildflyer can double the number of youth they can employ.
