Right now, many individuals and families in our Lancaster community are facing financial hardship, housing instability, and homelessness. Some are sleeping in cars or on park benches because they have nowhere else to go. Others are facing eviction and wondering what to do next. And far too many are just barely scraping by, one lost paycheck or unexpected medical bill away from not being able to pay their rent.  

At Tenfold, we believe that every person should have a safe place to call home. Through our broad continuum of housing and financial empowerment services, we walk alongside people at every step of the housing journey, from homelessness to homeownership. Our services include street outreach, emergency shelter, supportive housing programs, fair housing education, free financial education and counseling services, and downpayment/closing cost assistance for first-time homebuyers.  

Together, we can work to end housing instability in our community.  

Last year, our team members walked alongside over 10,000 of our most vulnerable neighbors, including:  

• Individuals sleeping on the streets of Lancaster city, who received supplies and support accessing needed resources  
• Individuals, families, and veterans experiencing homelessness, who received shelter and assistance securing permanent housing  
• Individuals facing eviction or foreclosure, who received one-on-one counseling and support maintaining their housing  
• Families dreaming of buying their first home, who received first-time homebuyer education and down payment/closing cost assistance
