The urban youth of today is one of the most at-risk groups. Help us help others help them.

Here is a quote from a youth worker "Urban Leadership is beyond important, it is a necessity!" Youth Resources wants to build a network of urban youth workers that work together and build stronger relationships amongst ministries to have them cooperate instead of isolate or compete. Our participants aim to reach young people for the Gospel so they can reach their communities for Christ.

In today’s economic economy, one of the groups that are the hardest hit is the youth in the urban community.

Only one in 20 urban churches have a dedicated youth worker to reach out to them to share the gospel.

Those that are working with youth are mostly volunteers and part-time workers with little to no training.

• Yet life cries out. 

We can walk down the street and see chalk marks where just a few days ago one of our youth lay.

Youth Resources has put together a program to train, encourage and help the volunteers and part-time youth workers develop relationships that will allow them to bring youth to a new level of Competence, Confidence, and Courage.

• So now life will cry out – I am somebody! 

Will you help us make a difference by supporting Becky and I and Youth Resources? We need to secure 35 monthly donors and a host of occasional and one time partners. In the past year, we had our training program fully funded. Help us make sure that it stays that way. For $25 / month, you can help one youth worker for a year. For $75 sponsor a youth worker for a quarter and $300 will sponsor a youth worker for a year.
