World Altering Medicine strives to improve access to quality healthcare in rural Malawi
World Altering Medicine was founded in 2006 with a vision of curbing preventable child deaths. Since then, WAM has grown and scaled, but stayed true to it's commitment of providing immediate relief with sustainable impact to rural communities. World Altering Medicine works in Malawi's Central Region, within the public health system, to strengthen and support health facilities, infrastructure, and services including surgical treatment. Leveraging our partnerships and experience in Malawi, we strive to improve healthcare services and access to quality care throughout central Malawi.
