Woodland Elementary in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is the newest elementary building in District 279 serving over 760 students in grades Pre-K to 5.  We serve the academic needs of all our students through school-wide intervention and extension programs based on a Response to Intervention model.

We positively impact behavior through restorative action as we encourage our community to be Safe, Own our actions, Act with leadership, and to be Resourceful.

We build community through school-wide celebrations and sing-alongs, student service projects, buddy classrooms, WDTV live news broadcasts, musical performances, student leadership teams, and PTO events.
