We can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
We are so close to getting back together with you in person that we can almost taste it. And it tastes delicious.
Your support and encouragement have meant the world to us. But we aren't through yet...
We're hoping to raise $4000 today so we can be in a strong position to return to live theater. When? Fall 2022! It's happening! And with all this time to plot and plan, you can bet this will be our best show yet.
You're going to have to wait just a little bit longer for the title... But you'll love it, we promise.
Can you help?
Give to the Max Day is kicking off our end of the year fundraising push. If we can make a strong showing today, that will help us raise more money during our very exciting, first ever, totally awesome-sauce virtual fundraiser on December 1st! Funds for Fools will knock your socks off, from the comfort of your own home!
What's the money for? We still have the boring bills to pay, like paying for our storage unit. But now that we're getting ready to do make live theater again, we're pulling up our grown up pants and getting down to work!
Your support will help us do all the things we've always done, along with important new things that we've never done before. Like what? We'll tell you!
-We want to work with local Cultural Consultant Jebeh Edmunds - an absolute rockstar who we need to learn more from. We acknowledge that cultural diversity is an area in which we have failed so far - miserably.
-We hope to retain the services of a professional bookkeeper and stop using the "shoebox" method. Uffda.
-We need to start thinking about the next generation of theater-makers, so we'll be starting...drumroll please...AN EDUCATION PROGRAM! We'll start with just a few classes, but this is very exciting!
We are excited to be in the same room with you. To see the lights go down in the theater and hear the crowd hush in anticipation. We can't wait! Help us get there, and we promise to make it worth your while. We miss you as much as you miss us.
Please help us raise $4000 today.
A gift in any amount will be deeply felt and greatly appreciated.
"While Wise Fool has rebranded and is not "just" Shakespeare, they continue to up the bar for sophisticated local theater. Whether in whimsical children's productions or when they return to their home turf of the Bard, they deserve to have their audience base grow."
-Sheryl Jensen in the Duluth New Tribune
