Washburn High School Track and Field

The Washburn High School Track and Field (T & F) team is comprised of 100+ athletes in grades 7 through 12 who compete in sprint, hurdle, and distance races, as well as jumps (long, triple, and high jumps), throws (shot put and discus), and pole vault. The exceptional coaching staff led this group of talented athletes to win the 2023 conference championship for both boys and girls, and 13 athletes participated in the 2023 state meet! 

We are grateful for your generous donation to support our equipment needs. The Washburn High School T & F team is excited to have a new track and field, which will allow us to host varsity T & F meets at Washburn High School. In order to host meets, the team must purchase 80 hurdles to have the required 10 hurdles in 8 lanes for the hurdle events. Your gift will benefit T & F athletes for the current season and beyond, and will allow our team to showcase our Miller Pride as we host athletes from schools in and around Minneapolis.
