That’s why we focus on building deep, authentic relationships. Everyday, our work and community remind us that together, we have the power, voice, and imagination to drive life-affirming decisions and invest in the dignity and joy of our communities. Our collective care and solidarity are powerful interventions against the disenfranchisement and dehumanization our communities face every day.
This Giving Season, we’ve set a goal of raising $50,000 to support our community leadership development, policy solutions, and digital storytelling. In 2024, we:
Graduated the 6th cohort of our Education Equity Parent Fellowship, supporting BIPOC parents to be well-informed, resourced advocates for the success of their children
Strengthened shared approaches to transform policymaking spaces and center BIPOC communities in policymaking
Shared resources and trainings to move us collectively closer to a true democracy centered on and defined by racial justice by growing the capacity of community organizations to engage BIPOC voters
Nurtured spaces for justice-impacted families to support each other in navigating the mass incarceration system and supported a bail-out campaign to free incarcerated caregivers and provide post-release support
Thank you for being a part of our work for racial justice. Our current moment is heartbreaking in so many ways, but it’s also clarifying. We understand the stakes, we’re reminded daily of why organizing for true racial justice is just as needed now as it has ever been. Join us as we work together with our communities to ensure investment, dignity, and joy.
