Twin Cities R!SE

A nonprofit organization

"I got the job" is music to our ears

At Twin Cities R!SE, we love hearing a R!SER say, “I got the job!” That’s why we’re here. Because of kind people like you, we can help Minnesotans achieve family-sustaining employment.

And we need you right now. We have a $7,750 challenge from our board. To unlock it, we need to inspire 50 supporters to give by midnight on November 20. Will you be one of them?

By giving today, you’ll provide jobseekers with:

    • Personal Empowerment
    • Career Training
    • Two Years of Coaching
    • A Network of Employers

We're dedicated to helping Minnesotans (especially BIPOC community members) find and keep living-wage employment. A R!SER typically triples their income after completing one of our programs.

R!SER Mark shares, “I just needed a little bit of light and people who believed in my potential.”

With a gift today, you can help a R!SER like Mark feel the joy of telling loved ones, "I GOT THE JOB!"

Here's how you can help:

$25: You'll provide career training materials to one participant.

$50: You'll give interview attire and a toolkit for job success.

$100: You'll fund one coaching session aimed at securing and retaining family-sustaining employment.

$250: You'll supply a laptop to a jobseeker for hybrid training, job-searching, and interview practice.

$500: You'll cover gas cards for an entire cohort of participants to travel to job interviews.

$2,500: You'll assist an entire cohort with life expenses (such as food, childcare, and transportation) that arise and could derail lasting employment.

Your generosity will have ripple effects for years to come, including:

Economic Independence: When Minnesotans have good jobs, they can address emergency expenses and feel financially safer.

Strong, Healthy Families: Well-employed parents can worry less and provide more for their kids.

Confidence: Our Empowerment training encourages participants to see themselves as Loveable, Important, Valuable, and Empowered.

We need 50 donors by midnight on Thursday, November 20 to unlock an additional $7,750 for jobseekers. Please help now.

Together, we can help Minnesota R!SE.
