The Good Acre has helped put down those roots by supporting local farmers, strengthening regional food infrastructure, and connecting communities to fresh, local food. Everyone has a role in the food system, even before the season’s first crops are harvested and hit your dinner plate. For over a decade, our work has empowered farmers who choose to grow, neighbors who choose to buy local, volunteers who give their time, and businesses that invest close to home. Proving that The Good Acre community is here for the long haul.

Register to attend our Give to the Max Day event where you will get to connect with The Good Acre community and watch the stories of our farm partners in Rooted. This short documentary highlights the true effort and passion behind the work that drives small-scale agriculture in the Upper Midwest.
