Superman Sams Survival Kit

Superman Sam’s Survival Kit (S^3 Kit) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to provide hope to families or caregivers who bring their child home from the hospital with a lifesaving breathing tube (tracheostomy). S^3 Kit does this by giving them a basket filled with items to ease their transition home.

Since 2020, 64 baskets have been delivered nationally. We hope to continue growing and expanding our hospital network to support even more families in the years to come! 

How can you help during Give to the Max Day 2023?

- $200 supports an entire basket AND shipping costs within the US.

- $20 provides two organizers for keeping medical supplies in order.

- $50 buys the items for the child, including g-tube pads, a side-buttoned onesie and bandana bibs. 

- $75 covers the maximum shipping cost for sending a basket within the US.
