St Paul Area Athena Awards Inc

The St Paul Area Athena Awards honors the outstanding senior female athlete at participating St Paul Area high schools.

Since 1995, the St Paul Area Athena Awards honors the outstanding senior female athlete at participating St Paul Area high schools.   The program began following the Athena Awards Inc, which honors the athletes in the Minneapolis area schools.  Our participating schools, which is currently 39, choose their school's winner.   The committee provides a banquet to honor the winners.   Each winner is honored with a recognition, and provdied with a lunch, corsage, pin, plaque and memory book.  Parents/families, educators, athletic directors and coaches attend the banquet.

The committee, which is all volunteer, plans and executes the banquet.  With the help of your donation, we can provide appropriate recognition, with little overhead.

After the banquet, attendees often state this is the bext banquet they have attended.  Each girl is made to feel special.
