Southeast Seniors serves over 375 older adults & caregivers in 4 Southeast Minneapolis neighborhoods each year! 

Your generous gift makes it possible for older adults in your community to receive services like these and much more. While over 175 volunteers are the heart of our organization, your generosity is our strength. Thanks in advance for your support!

With your assistance, we can:

• Subsidize in-home nursing care for older adults living on fixed incomes with our sliding fee scale
• Coordinate volunteers to provide rides to medical appointments, friendly phone calls, raking and snow removal
• Connect older adults to services available through partner organizations, such as Meals on Wheels
• Deliver groceries and household essentials to clients who are unable to go to the grocery store
• Offer monthly wellness clinics at two subsidized apartment buildings 
• Coordinate activities to combat social isolation: book club, educational classes, Pen Pal Program, Connection Club & much more!
