Selander Coaching and Consulting is dedicated to providing high quality education surrounding suicide, mental health, substance use, and other societal concerns to our communities. We offer trainings and presentations to organizations, groups, schools, anyone who requests at no charge (we do ask that a mileage and lodging be reimbursed when applicable). We also provide resources and information when we present, to anyone who requests resources, and at community events.

Selander Coaching and Consulting is funded entirely on grants and donations. Our volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that all aspects of our organization are high quality and up to date; from our trainings to our marketing to making sure all of our events are fully staffed and run smoothly; compensated only with full hearts and knowing that we are making a difference. We were born out of frustration and passion; saddened by the uptick in suicide, the stigma surrounding mental health, suicide, substance use, and struggles we all face in life at one time or another.

Some of the services we provide include Youth Mental Health First Aid, Make It OK, safeTALK, naloxone training, Talk Saves Lives, Importance of Self-Care, Anxiety Awareness, Renter's Education, Social Media and Youth, life coaching, 15 Things Veterans Want You to Know, QPR Gatekeeper, Angst presentations, ACEs, It's Real: Teens and Mental Health and others that are added regularly; we are also able to help organizations become more mental health aware by working together and implementing  strategies as identified. We also provide Anchor Box activities that participants make their own kit of items that may help them get through a rough patch- this activity is hands on and includes programming.
