Through the strength, love, and powerful truth of Jesus Christ, we worship together. At Saron Lutheran Church we worship together in person and online, care for each other, and share Jesus’ love with the world. You make a difference in this world!

These days, many people don't feel safe in schools or churches. While the chances of a major tragedy happening in our church are miniscule, it was clear that a couple of simple upgrades and procedures saved a lot of lives at places like Annunciation Church and School.

We NEED to do the same -- Upgrading safety and security will help us continue doing what is most important: helping people find life in Jesus. Life in Jesus is the greatest gift and to live and love like Jesus is the greatest life!

This year our goal is to raise $25,000 to go toward improving security at Saron.  To start us off, some generous donors have given $7,500 in seed money to match.  SO, the first $7,500 will instantly become $15,000, and we’ll be over halfway there!

Your past generosity is very appreciated, we ask you to prayerfully consider giving to the maximum of your ability so we can achieve our goal and make Saron a safer place for all.

Saron Lutheran church is located in the heart of Big Lake, MN.  Our lives have been stirred by the love of Jesus to live out our faith -- by nurturing hope and inspiration through relationships and community.  Bringing God's light and love into the world is an exciting privilege.  The hearts of the people we meet are so valuable in God's eyes and God surprises us over and over again in beautiful ways.  

You will find the people of Saron out on the streets and in the community volunteering.  You’ll find them inviting the community into the Saron building on a regular basis for good food and beautiful friendship, monthly serving, on average, 130 people a fabulous, free meal at God's Grub. You'll find them donating time and resources to be with kids. Over 1000 people from the Big Lake community participate in Trunk or Treat yearly!  And the children, youth, and adults of Saron learn and grow, worship, serve and support each other on an ongoing basis.

We do it because we have been loved and accepted and rescued, through Jesus Christ, by the God of love.  God is so good!  We are so thank-full. And we want the whole world to know!  As God works in and through us, others find a comforting presence, words of hope, a helping hand and renewed courage.  We hope you will consider donating to Saron Lutheran Church on this Give to the Max Day so our mission can continue to thrive and inspire.  Our ministries and people would be most appreciative.  God bless you!
