Providing HOPE, Breaking Down Stigma, Saving Lives

Drug overdose is the leading cause of preventable death in the United States (National Safety Council). The compounding impacts of the opioid crisis, such as substance use disorder, chronic pain, and accidental overdose, are the primary focus of Steve Rummler HOPE Network’s programs and services:

Overdose Prevention
+ Overdose Response Training
+ Naloxone (commonly known as NARCAN) Distribution
+ Fentanyl Test Strips

Education
+ Community Education
+ Naloxone Policy Toolkits
+ CEU's for Professional Groups

Advocacy
+ Advancing Public Policies (which provide resources and critical funding for solutions to the opioid crisis)
+ Heightening Public Awareness of Available Resources
+ Our Impacts Include: the passage of Steve's Law (MN's Good Samaritan/Naloxone Legislation) in 2014, and the Opioid Epidemic Response Law in 2019

With our powerful Network of supporters—like you!—we are advancing a vision:

A world where communities take compassionate action to prevent overdose deaths, healthcare professionals are engaged in person-centered care, and individuals affected by SUD or chronic pain, or those in active use, are empowered to seek the resources or support they need without shame or judgment.

Your generous gift today WILL make a difference.

$25 will provide a naloxone kit to someone in the position to save a life.

$50 will provide 20 fentanyl test strips to a group in need, allowing everyone to make informed decisions about their safety.

$100 will educate and provide ongoing resources and support to a community naloxone trainer.

$250 will cover postage for our average weekly naloxone and fentanyl test strip shipments, allowing us to extend our resources to partners all across the state.

While the overdose crisis continues to evolve, your ability to make an impact has never been greater. Will you join us?
