Give a Second Chance. Break the Cycle of Recidivism.

Every day, adults returning from incarceration face closed doors and limited opportunities. Repowered opens a path forward through paid job training, support, and a community that believes in second chances.

Your gift helps someone rebuild their life, earn a living wage, and break the cycle of recidivism for good while also keeping e-waste out of landfills.

Your Support Powers:

✅ A first paycheck and stable housing

✅ Job training that lead to full-time careers with a living wage and full benefits

✅ Confidence, community, and long-term success

The Impact Is Real

  • Over 70 participants annually
  • 83% complete the first 90 days and secure stable housing
  • 83% graduate into full-time jobs with a living wage and full benefits
  • Less than 4% return to incarceration (compared to 36% statewide)
  • Over 3 million pounds of e-waste given a second life instead of ending up in landfills

"Repowered helped me to start over. They encouraged me to take pride in my work and helped me regain the confidence I needed to succeed. I am forever grateful." - Program Graduate

Give Today and Double Your Impact

For a limited time, every dollar is matched up to $5,000 thanks to Room & Board. Your $50 donation becomes $100. Your $250 donation becomes $500. Your $1,000 donation becomes $2,000.

Your gift today goes twice as far to help break the cycle of recidivism.

 What Your Gift Can Do

  • $240 provides forklift training and certification for one trainee
  • $500 provides one month of on-site personal development workshops for trainees
  • $1,200 surrounds trainees with the support they need to secure housing, maintain food stability, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
