For more than 20 years RCFL has existed as an agent of hope and transformation; to preserve a vibrant community in the Harrison neighborhood and broader North Minneapolis. It is our Mission to advance racial justice and equity by investing in the strengths, capacity, and resilience of the community. We envision that all individuals and families in the Harrison neighborhood live in dignity, thrive economically, and experience full health and safety.

Today, after years of covid and significant transitions, we call ourselves to task, and invite you to join us as we move through a place of inner examination and outward deep listening.

We choose to begin again, to apologize for our failures, and invest in our tenants and community as we are today, and all that we dream of for the future.

We hope you will join us as we root ourselves in our mission, the Harrison Community, and let community voice guide our next iteration.

We hope you will join us, walk with us, grow and invest with us.

Donations at this time allow us to maintain and sustain affordable housing in the Harrison neighborhood, invest in relationships with our community of tenants, and listen closely to the greater Harrison community as we begin again.
