For more than 40 years, Reach for Resources has been dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions through personalized services that foster independence, inclusion, and connection. Each year, we support more than 2,100 individuals through adaptive recreation, inclusion in-home supports, case management, mental health services,employment support, therapy, and transportation, helping people build confidence and live, work, and thrive in their communities.
