Rails Endowment for Academic, Art and Athletic Development (REA3D) is Proctor’s Area Educational Foundation.
REA3D was established in 1996 to support lifelong learning within Proctor School District communities. Specifically, it seeks to enable life-enriching academic, art and athletic activities which cannot rely on traditional educational funding.
It reaches these goals by fundraising and then dispersing raised funds through grants to education partners in Proctor School District communities.
