Dedicated to preserving the dignity of individuals with memory loss by providing compassionate, loving care in a familiar home setting.

Rakhma Homes has been providing compassionate care for individuals with memory loss since 1984, pioneering the concept of residential memory care in Minnesota. Today, Rakhma operates three beautiful homes in the Twin Cities—Minnetonka, Minneapolis, and St. Paul—each serving between 10 and 14 residents. 

The name "Rakhma" is derived from the Aramaic word for "unconditional love," which reflects our core values and care philosophy. Our dedicated team of highly trained caregivers, along with our intimate settings, create a multi-sensory atmosphere of warmth, acceptance, safety, and well-being for those we serve. We understand the uniqueness of each individual's journey through dementia, and we tailor our services to accommodate all stages, from early diagnosis to end-of-life care.  

As a mission-driven non-profit organization, we do not discriminate based on an individual's ability to pay out of pocket. Remarkably, nearly 88% of our residents receive government assistance, meaning that we heavily depend on generous donors like you to sustain our mission.
