Our aim at Project DIVA International is clear.

We Champion The Existence of Black Girls to Amplify Their Power.

Their power to...

    • Create unique ways of challenging norms and creating change
    • Confidently defy limitations and achieve greatness
    • Be emotionally, mentally and financially healthy

This charge is incredibly important right now, and, as part of this goal, Project DIVA International is raising funds to elevate our efforts of guiding girls to self-discover, defining their vision of success and striving toward financial stability. Our goal is to ensure they also take advantage of contributing to their retirement goals before high school graduation day.

Our Core Values

We are Fun, Present, Aligned, Innovative, Opinionated, Intrinsically Driven and Available

Results & Facts About Our Girls:

    •  80% develop habits of self-love and emotional security within themselves
    • 82% developed effective communication tools to use with school staff and parents by being able to identify some of their triggers
    • 86% understanding basic banking language and are understanding the importance of being self-discipline with their income/expenses
    • 100% of seniors graduated were admitted into their first college of choice and/or have solidified employment
    • Less that 1% teen pregnancy rate in our 17 year history

------------

The true success of our learning environment, however, is not told in the numbers, but rather in the words of the girls in the sisterhood:

“At Project DIVA International we are more than just another place to go and be with girls my age, we are a true sisterhood reaching for our dreams and accomplishing them!”  7th Grader

“Project DIVA International has allowed for me to find out who I really am and what I am capable of accomplishing even though my home life may not be the best.” 10th Grader
