Welcome to Give to the Max 2023!!   This is a great fundraising opportunity for all non-profits in Minnesota while dealing with this strange time in all our lives.  While many groups have goals well into the 6 and 7 figures,  our goal is much more humble.  We would love to raise $2000 in November leading up to GTMD on November 16.  

With $2000 we can do many things!  

$1000 can purchase an entire Years worth of vaccines or flea/tick/heartworm preventative. $1000 can spay/neuter 4 dogs!

$1000 can provide heartworm treatment for 2 small dogs or 1 large dog.

$1000 can provide up to 3 dogs with advanced dental disease the chance to live pain free lives after dental surgery.

PFR's love has always been the underdog.  The burn victims, broken bones, blind, deaf, neurological issues and more.  These dogs are more in need of rescue than is often known, as many shelters hide them away from public view and only tell rescues about them if asked.  These extra special dogs often come with large vet bills.  A single case of advanced dental disease or heartworm disease alone can cost $1000 or more.

Your donation to PFR helps in so many ways.  You are always welcome to designate your donation be used for vet bills, transportation, ect.

PFR does not use funds for a physical location such as an office or shelter.  All dogs live in volunteer foster homes until their forever homes are found.  Dogs are welcome to stay in foster care as long as needed.  Those stays can be as little as a week or as long as a year or more.
