Help Park Square Theatre Inspire the Next Generation of Artists and Theatre Lovers!
This Give to the Max Day, your support can help Park Square Theatre continue to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young people through our education programs, student matinees, and community partnerships.
Every year, thousands of students experience live theatre - many for the very first time - through our year-round classes, summer camps, and school matinees. Your generosity ensures that these opportunities remain accessible to all families, regardless of financial circumstances.
Access for All: The Pay-As-You’re-Able (PAYA) Program
Our Pay-As-You’Re-Able tuition model removes barriers so every child can participate. Families choose the tuition level that works best for them - no questions asked. It’s a core part of our mission to make arts education available to everyone through the generosity of donations.
Student Matinee Program: Bringing the Classroom to the Theatre
Park Square has a proud tradition of engaging students through classic and contemporary productions - from Romeo & Juliet and The Diary of Anne Frank to R.L. Stine’s GOOSEBUMPS: Phantom of the Auditorium this December and A Chorus Line in May.
Over 2,000+ students will attend our student matinees this year.
Saint Paul Public Schools students attend free of charge, with discounted $5 tickets available for other schools.
We’re raising funds to cover transportation costs - help us fund 10 buses to bring students to the theatre!
Year-Round Youth Theatre & Camps
From summer musical intensives to weekend classes, our youth theatre programs give students the chance to explore acting, design, and technical theatre.
In 2024 - 25, 1,000+ students (K-12) joined us for camps and classes.
Students recently staged Clue: The Musical and are currently performing Frozen Kids!Your gift helps us continue offering these experiences to young artists across the Twin Cities.
Our Community Commitment
We’re proud to partner with organizations like Project Success, Tickets for Kids, and People Serving People, serving primarily low-income and BIPOC youth. Together, we’re building pathways to the arts for all.
