For nearly 25 Years Open Access Connections has been delivering communication services, encouraging self-determination, and building stronger community connections for people in need.
We advance our mission through the following programs:
Community Voice Mail has empowered over 70,000 homeless and low-income Minnesotans to achieve their housing, employment, and self-sufficiency goals.
We partnered with the Lifeline distributor enTouch Wireless to distribute Lifeline supported cell phones, providing an additional communication tool to 800 eligible consumers annually.
The Generation 50+ Group provides a safe and supportive environment for older people with a history of homelessness to discuss issues affecting their community, and the opportunity to work towards finding solutions.
Donating to Open Access Connections will help ensure that our most vulnerable neighbors have access to the basic communication tools and social support needed to succeed.
