Your gift provides love, dignity and hope to teens experiencing crisis. Give today to give a teen a brighter and healthy future.

The Open Hands Foundation wants our community to thrive. We want to create and support solutions to solve unmet needs of vulnerable people; provide hope to our neighbors; and make a lasting difference in the Twin Cities Southwest Metro Area. The Open Hands Foundation helps to identify the most pressing needs in our community and turns the generosity of our friends and neighbors into vibrant and lasting social change. Hope House is a shelter for homeless youth in Chanhassen, MN, which is the only emergency shelter west of Hwy 494 in the West Metro Area.

While at Hope House, teens 14-19 are supported with meals, housing, goals, school, job search, mental health, and physical health needs. The holistic approach sets teens up to thrive upon exiting the Hope House.

Join us in making sure that no youth is without a warm, safe, stable place to sleep each night.
