ODHC is a non-profit community health center, providing quality, affordable health care to everyone!

Open Door has been providing medical, dental, and mental health services to under-served populations in South Central Minnesota since 1994. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering services safely in the clinic and via telehealth. 

Open Door’s mission is to advance access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate health care through patient-centered collaborative, medical, dental, and behavioral health services for all people across southern Minnesota.
