One Voice Mixed Chorus

One Voice has always been about more than our amazing concerts 

At One Voice Mixed Chorus, we believe in the transformative power of music to build community, foster inclusion, and amplify voices that need to be heard. As one of Minnesota's largest and most vibrant LGBTQIA+ and straight ally choruses, we are committed to celebrating diversity and driving social change through the arts.

Why One Voice?

We’re the only mixed-gender, intergenerational, BIPOC-led chorus in Minnesota, and one of the few like it in the entire country. We are proud to be led by both BIPOC and trans individuals, and we bring these voices to the community through our music. Our goal is to bring people together, celebrate our differences, and share meaningful stories through song.

We don’t just sing—we choose music that’s diverse, powerful, and tells important stories. Our rehearsals are about more than just learning notes; they’re a chance for us to have conversations, connect, and learn from each other.

What We Need

To keep doing this work, we need to raise $10,000. This money will help us with some exciting upcoming projects. We also have dreams of growing—more performances, bigger collaborations, and even starting a second chorus to meet the high demand for what we do. To make this happen, we need more staff and resources.
